In our Angel Valley Intensive Transformation and Healing Programs we create the conditions for you to go through the shifts and changes that are needed to create that state of freedom. We help you to see what has kept you from living your life fully. You get clarity about yourself and we provide you with the tools to connect with and to be your true self.
We work together in both a therapeutic and a counseling way. Our program consists of proven techniques developed over years of experience. There is a close contact between you and your mentor in this process. Besides, you will spend time by yourself, going within, doing writing and other assignments, hiking, resting, and taking in the healing vibration of nature, the powerful vortex-energy of the land and the nurturing atmosphere of our environment.

7-day programs require an investment of $3,333.00, including an 8-day stay
10-day programs require an investment of $4,400.00, including a 12-day stay
13-day programs require an investment of $5,500.00, including a 15-day stay
NEW are our 21-day Re-Defining Self Retreat
and the 33-day Know, Love and Heal Thyself Retreat.
These retreats are for a person who has been unable to bring about their desired Transformation and Healing through conventional or previously attempted methods. They require an even higher level of commitment. The person is required to fully focus on their process of change by removing themselves temporarily from contact with their day-to-day life, relationships and responsibilities that are causing them stress and worry. (No emails and phone only in case of an emergency.)
Angel Valley's environment is designed as a safe sanctuary where one is able to receive deep rest and restore one's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and balance. The most suitable nutrition, diet, exercise and healing modalities are provided and exposure to music, art, beauty and ancient teachings. Attention is given to dreams, visions and messages coming from inside the person. The retreat is truly a spiritual quest.
Within the retreat there is a particular period in the Dream Cabin, spent in solitude, meditation and prayer for healing and clarity. The concept of these retreats is based on the principles as they were applied in the ancient Greek Asclepion Healing Centers.
