At Angel Valley we are very happy to have a team of loving people who all feel a part of the vision of heart-based, earth-centered healing. I
am the Angel Valley Farms Director and Natural Foods Chef. My food preparation
focuses on exposing our guests to bountiful, delicious and health promoting
meals. I encourage guests to experiment past the comfort zone to experience
a taste of colorful and fulfilling vegan cuisine. My specialty is living
foods and inter-cultural cuisine that revitalizes the soul and the palette.
I am very excited to start the food providing process with an on-site
organic farm, which enables me to create meals with the freshest, highest-
in-vibration food possible. I direct our 16,000 square foot farm, which is in the process of becoming Certified Organic. With my team we farm the land lovingly and work with the natural forces of nature. Intuitively connecting with the spirits of the ancient Native American land, I honor them by praying and asking for guidance. My kinship with working with the land begins with my roots as a descendent of the Arouak Indians, who were the first peoples of Cuba, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. Coming from a long line of Cuban farmers, I am reconnecting with a deep spiritual need to provide for our community in this way, and I feel blessed and honored to assist this beautiful, historic agricultural creek valley to resurrect its crucial nurturing purpose. |
