Meditation

There are as many different versions and ways of meditating as there are people who meditate.

buddha.jpg (10495 bytes)At Angel Valley we feel that the optimal meditative state is: Being connected with The Source. This state can be reached and maintained by breathing exercises, by sitting down and going inside and by taking time to listen to our inner voice.

Also we can get there by connecting with nature, by feeling the vibration of the earth and by opening ourselves to the grandness of the cosmos.

Another way of meditating, as we see it, is being creative, being in your joy and excitement and being our true self, living in the NOW-moment.

On our property we have different meditation spots. The Light House is situated on the Heart chakra vortex, where one can come in to meditate or join a group meditation in our Crystal Hall. There are the meditation circles on the vortexes. We provide a map  which describes the 31 different spots.

There is the Labyrinth and Medicine Wheel where we can literally walk into our center.Walk the labyrinth to "integrate and synchronize" the two hemispheres of the brain
And there are these numerous spots where one can be in a meditative state: in the hammocks by the creek, on the rocks in or by the creek, on the hilltops, etc.
