A New Year Has Begun! What a start....

Why is it that most of mankind seems to think that January is a month of little activity after the busy December time? It may be for some people, but in my life it has never been like that. Here at 'Angel Valley Ranch' it happens again: this month has brought us new acceleration on many levels, with many changes coming along. What was there first: the changes or the acceleration? Hard to say which is causing what. What I do know: everything happens for a reason and in divine order. And on this powerful land these statements are more true than anywhere else. So we just honor that. 

The Acceleration

The flow of action and activity that we are in is tremendously exciting.
From our marketing department we have been approaching many, many people and groups and we have had a lot of positive and promising response. We are booking our first reservations for group retreats and there are many ‘hot contacts’.

In this past month our attention was also drawn again towards the way we used to work at Michael's Vision: doing what we call ‘Intensives’ with clients. That was and still is very effective and fulfilling both on the side of the client and on our side.

In our building department we are making fantastic headway. We hired a few more people after our main crew started to build the log Bed & Breakfast on the other side of Sedona for our lovely friends Phil and Dee. Yes, creating dream log homes remains part of our activities. The B&B will reach its roof-peak this week.

On the ranch we are ready to receive our first retreat group next month. Our main meeting building is planned to be completed by the beginning of April. By then we will be prepared for larger groups.

Those who have visited us and walked the labyrinth all share their profound experiences, different for each individual. I keep feeling chills every time I drive over the hill on my way back to the ranch and see the labyrinth laid out in front of me.

The changes

What has changed is the way we give form to the creation of our spiritual community called ‘Angel Valley Ranch’. It has been our intent from the very beginning, and it will always be, to do this project with like-minded people, with people who are committing to participate as a fulfillment of their soul purpose. We share a process. We walk part of our path together as we are involved with ‘Angel Valley Ranch’.

When we started here last year some of the people we work with came and lived at the ranch, occupying the buildings in its optimal way for that moment. We had the benefits of activating and preparing the place in a very close, hands-on way. The time has come to have all facilities available for their now intended purpose: to receive guests. In a later phase, when we have more buildings built, this may change again. As a result at this moment living at the ranch is limited to just Michael and me. We are still adjusting to that situation and we thank our friends who lived here with us for this period of time for their loving contribution. We will continue working together in new ways.
