Terms of Agreement: I understand that to guarantee my participation in the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull Event (called “the Event) I have to pay the fees in full. My credit card will be charged as soon as my registration is confirmed. I understand that I am only eligible for early registration fees when I have paid my fees in full before August 15, 2007 I understand that there is a cancellation fee of $33.00 when I cancel before August 15, 2007. After August 15 the cancellation fee is 33% of the paid fees. The last two weeks before the Event there will be no refund. I agree \| I decline
